Flexible maintenance and comprehensive service

Johann Obermeier supplies spare parts for filling systems worldwide.

Johann Obermeier joined the world leader in beverage filling systems, Krones AG in Neutraubling, Bavaria, Germany, in 1989 to learn the principles of filling technology. In 1998 he founded his own company, Industriemontagen Obermeier. Together with his team of experts he performs all kinds of service and maintenance works on beverage filling systems. But the core business of Industriemontagen Obermeier is the quick and reliable supply of all spare parts for Krones filling lines worldwide – for bottles as well as cans!

The company specializes in overhauling and repairing bottling lines and checking system performance including failure and error analysis.

After intensive training in the construction of filling lines and in bottling plants, Johann Obermeier took over his first site management post in Germany in 1991. After this, the bottling technology specialist was entrusted with many other site management jobs all over the world. From 1993 to 1994 he lived in Saudi-Arabia, from where he covered the entire Arabic region.
Then he changed continent and went to South America. Headquartered in Mexico, he worked throughout the entire continent as a site and project manager.

In 1998 he set up his own company specializing in bottling and canning systems. He not only checks the equipment thoroughly and carefully – he also carries out all repair, service and maintenance works.
Customers can order all spare parts on the home page using the usual part number.

Every one to two years bottling systems should undergo thorough inspection and maintenance. “Unfortunately, only a small number of companies really follow this rule,” reports maintenance professional Johann Obermeier, who has customers all over the world, from Europe to Australia.
“If there are failures in the filling level and significant reductions in system performance, sometimes even below 60%, it is high time to give us a call,” says Obermeier, who can also arrange for maintenance and overhaul with his team at weekends, thus limiting production downtime.

Industrieanlagen Obermeier has its headquarters in Schoenhofen near Regensburg. Maintenance is only offered for equipment made by Krones. The team of experts has extensive knowledge and experience of both wet and dry sections.
In addition, Johann Obermeier offers used beverage equipment for sale. In 2014 he even sold a Krones canning system to a company in Brisbane, Australia.
